Begin with a confidential substance use assessment designed to help determine the most appropriate next step in care. During this session, our team will learn more about your needs, answer questions, and discuss treatment options using ASAM criteria to determine the best fit your situation.

Online Individual Therapy provides one-on-one support through secure virtual sessions from a private, convenient location. Clients work with a therapist to explore challenges, build coping skills, and develop practical strategies using ASAM criteria that support recovery and emotional well-being.

In-Person Group Counseling provides structured outpatient support in a professional group setting designed to fit daily life. Guided by ASAM criteria and a multidisciplinary approach, clients build recovery skills, strengthen stability, and explore practical options for moving forward. Support may include discussion of emotional wellness, relationships, life challenges, and spirituality as part of whole-person care.

Urine drug screens are available to all clients, including those not enrolled in our outpatient program. We accept UCare PMAP, HealthPartners PMAP, Blue Cross Blue Shield PMAP, and private pay. Appointments may be scheduled by phone, and walk-ins are accepted Monday through Friday from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. A private entrance is available. Same-day or next-day results are available for select substances, with confirmation testing offered when needed.
