Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be subject to a $25 cancellation/no-show fee, when permitted by applicable law, payer requirements, and program policy. This fee may not be covered by insurance and may be the client’s responsibility. The fee will not be charged when prohibited by law, regulation, or payer contract. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on provider availability and whether adequate time remains to provide appropriate services. Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee admission to treatment, insurance coverage, reimbursement, or a particular level of care. Clinical and admission decisions are made separately by qualified staff. For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
