Programs and Services

No two recovery journeys look the same. That’s why Parity Wellness offers a range of outpatient treatment and support options designed to help adults access the level of care that fits their needs, goals, and next steps.

No two recovery journeys look the same. That’s why Parity Wellness offers a range of outpatient and supportive services designed to help adults access practical, individualized care with flexibility and structure. From comprehensive assessments to outpatient counseling, intensive outpatient support, peer recovery services, co-occurring care, and online classes, our programs are designed to meet people where they are and support meaningful next steps.

A confidential assessment is often the first step toward recovery. Parity Wellness offers in-person assessments in our office, and mobile in-custody assessments may also be available when access is a barrier. Your clinician will review your needs, discuss treatment options, and help determine the most appropriate level of care.

Spanish-language assessments available.

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured support in a professional outpatient setting using ASAM criteria to determine the appropriate level of care. IOP includes both group counseling and individual counseling to support treatment planning, review progress, strengthen recovery skills, and help clients stay connected to their recovery goals.

Group sessions are held Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., providing a consistent schedule that supports engagement and accountability.

Our Certified Peer Recovery Specialists provide practical support and help clients connect with community-based services and resources.

Peer support is designed to identify strengths, reduce barriers, build skills, and help clients move forward with greater confidence and self-direction.

We provide integrated support for individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns. Using ASAM criteria to help guide level of care and treatment planning, our team addresses both areas together through practical, individualized support designed to strengthen stability, reduce barriers, and promote long-term recovery.

Our online classes offer flexible access to recovery support from a private, convenient location. Virtual participation is designed to reduce barriers, improve access to care, and help clients stay connected to treatment and support.

As a co-occurring substance use and mental health program, we offer diagnostic assessments along with individual and group counseling. When additional psychiatric support is needed, we can help connect clients with prescribing providers for medication management and ongoing symptom support.

Urine drug screens are available to all clients, including those who are not enrolled in our outpatient program. We accept UCare PMAP, HealthPartners PMAP, Blue Cross Blue Shield PMAP, and private pay.

Appointments can be scheduled by calling our main number, and walk-ins are also accepted Monday through Friday from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. A private entrance is available for added convenience.

We offer same-day or next-day results for select substances, as well as confirmation testing through our laboratory partner when needed. Results can be shared directly with clients and, when appropriate, sent to other professionals by fax or email.

Not sure where to start? Request an assessment and our team will help you identify the appropriate next step.
